How do I receive my template after I buy?

Instantly. The moment your payment goes through, you'll get an email with your access file — a one-page PDF containing your private link to the editable template. It's also available on your order confirmation page. No waiting, no shipping.

What do I need to edit it?

Just a free Canva account. Your link opens the template and saves an editable copy straight to your account — no design software and no subscription required. When you're done, you can download your deck as a PDF or PowerPoint.

Can I use it for more than one company?

Your purchase covers your personal and single-business use. If you're an agency or consultant who wants to use our templates across multiple clients, email us and we'll set you up with the right license.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are instant-access digital products, we don't offer refunds once your access link has been delivered. But if your link doesn't work or you got the wrong file, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

I'm not a designer — will I actually be able to use this?

Yes, that's the whole point. Every slide includes a short note telling you exactly what to write, and the design is already done. If you can type, you can use it.
