Privacy policy

At Founderly, we respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the store and deliver your products. When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (your payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers). We also automatically collect basic technical and browsing data through cookies to keep the store working and improve it.

We use this information to fulfill your order, deliver your products, send order-related emails, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. We share data only with the services that make the store run (such as our ecommerce platform and payment processors) and we never sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@founderly.co. We keep order records only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Quick note: I'm not a lawyer, so treat the refund and privacy text as strong starting templates rather than final legal advice — Shopify's built-in generators (for privacy especially) will keep you on the right side of the rules as you grow.
