Refund policy

We want you to be glad you bought from us. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they can't be "returned" like a physical item — once your access link is sent, it can't be unsent. For that reason, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once your access file has been delivered.

Here's where we'll always make it right: if your access link doesn't work, you received the wrong file, or the template is materially not as described, email us at hello@founderly.co within 14 days of your purchase. We'll repair the issue or, if we can't, give you a full refund.

If anything's wrong, please reach out before filing a chargeback — we respond quickly and would much rather solve it with you directly.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
